This policy explains how Soccer stats research at socstatrez.com handles information when you browse our football statistics, use an account, contact us, or support the site. Information we use
Our hosting and security systems process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, request time, and browser information to deliver the site, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Security records may include account identifiers and login events.
If you have an account, WordPress stores the account information needed to authenticate you and administer access. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Website statistics
We use WP Statistics on our own WordPress installation to understand visits and improve the site. From this policy’s effective date, analytics is configured to mask and hash IP addresses, avoid recording account-linked browsing histories or full user-agent strings, omit URL query parameters, and avoid city-level location collection. Reports can include visited pages, visit dates, referral information, approximate country, and general browser or device categories. Hashed identifiers should still be treated as potentially personal information rather than assumed to be completely anonymous.
WP Statistics does not use analytics cookies in this configuration, and its records are stored in our site’s database rather than sent to an external analytics service. We honor browser Do Not Track signals for this analytics collection. Historical visitor IP addresses in the live analytics database were converted to hashes on 5 October 2026 while retaining visit counts and history. Restricted pre-change backup copies may still contain readable IP addresses until those backups are retired. Technical and security records are handled separately.
Cookies and external content
WordPress uses cookies where needed for login, authentication, and requested account features. Blocking these cookies can prevent those features from working. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on the site.
Some pages may load embedded content from football.ddns.net. Account or comment avatars may load from Gravatar. When an external resource loads, its provider can receive your IP address, browser information, and request details, and may apply its own cookies and privacy practices. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ policies. Website fonts are served locally.
Support and service providers
The Contact and Support page lists an optional PayPal donation contact. If you choose to donate through PayPal, PayPal handles the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not collect your card details through this website; we may receive transaction information made available to the recipient.
Oracle Cloud supplies the hosting infrastructure. Hosting, email, security, and payment providers may process information needed to provide their respective services. Administrators and authorized service providers can access information when needed to operate the site. We do not sell visitor information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site or someone’s rights.
Purposes and retention
We process information to provide requested account functions, answer messages, secure the website, and understand its use. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, requested services, legitimate operational interests, consent where required, or legal obligations apply as appropriate. Optional tracking added in the future will be assessed separately; this policy does not authorize undisclosed tracking.
Account information is retained while the account is needed; correspondence is kept as needed to answer and manage the enquiry. Analytics history is currently retained for longitudinal statistics, with access restricted. Security records and backup copies follow the site’s operational retention and rotation practices. We review retention when handling privacy requests and do not promise that identifiable historical records have already been erased.
Your choices and rights
You can block cookies in your browser, enable Do Not Track, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, restrictions, objections, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply. We may need to verify a requester’s identity, and some information may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. You may also complain to the data-protection authority relevant to you. Information may be processed in the countries where our service providers operate; applicable protections and transfer requirements must be considered where required by law.
